The ocean low oxygen zones are more extensive than the coastal very low oxygen zones. Both types of problem spots around the world can be seen on a map on a U.N. webpage: Global Ocean Oxygen Network, (en.unesco.org/go2ne) The website also has a list of 10 main ocean oxygen concerns.
