Mental
Health
Mental health can have to do with early childhood experiences and how we learned to react and communicate with others, and/or it can have to do with current stress or grief. Physical reasons may affect mood and lead to anxiety, depression, or other symptoms even delusions or hearing voices. Imbalance of neurotransmitters or hormones can affect mood and nutrient deficiencies can also be a cause. It is helpful to talk about our problems but a thorough medical physical and consideration of lifestyle choices may also identify issues possibly causing symptoms of mental illness.

Consider the impact of the media you listen to in addition to childhood caregivers and school experiences in what molds our thinking and our moods.

Mental and physical are connected - Structured Water beverages and my amino acid "Cheerful Juice" mix can help the body physically to have a better mood - hence the name Cheerful. Initially the glycine didn't taste great on its own so I've added things for flavor, acid/alkaline level and other amino acids and nutrients.
